- Service — the features made available by the Provider, including the AI assistant (widget), the marketing site, and the demo and reservation forms;
- Customer — a business using the Service in the course of its activity;
- User — a person using the site or the AI assistant.
2. Type and scope of services

Using the Service requires: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled, and an active email address when using the forms.
4. Account and access
Access to the admin dashboard requires authentication. The Customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken under its account.
5. Plans and payments
Commercial services are provided for a fee under a B2B model, according to the chosen plan and the pricing published on the site. Billing terms, invoicing and billing periods are set out in the agreement or order.
6. Rights and obligations; prohibited use
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law and these terms. The following is prohibited in particular:
- submitting unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights or personal rights;

7. Intellectual property
The software, trademarks, layout and content of the site are owned by the Provider or used under appropriate licences. Using the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User.
8. Liability and its limitations
The AI assistant generates answers automatically and, despite due care, they may be incomplete or incorrect. The Provider does not warrant the accuracy or fitness of answers for a particular purpose and is not liable for decisions made solely on their basis. In B2B relationships the Provider's liability is limited to actual damages and to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to [email protected]. A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days.
10. Termination and withdrawal
Termination rules are set out in the agreement with the Customer. Consumers have the rights provided by consumer protection law, including — subject to statutory exceptions — the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
11. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations. The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons; the amended version is published on this page with the update date. Contact: [email protected].
