We believe customer support and product help shouldn't mean waiting in a queue or digging through an incomplete knowledge base. A good assistant should answer instantly, in the user's language, and only from trusted sources.
Most chatbots either make things up or take months to configure. We want deploying an assistant to be a matter of minutes, not quarters — without losing control over what it answers and where from.

What we build

You upload files and pages, we index them as vectors. The assistant answers only from your knowledge and cites the source in every reply.

The assistant doesn't just talk — it can call functions in your system (check a status, open a ticket) and show the result to the user.

Every customer's data is isolated, traffic is signed, hosting is in the EU. GDPR compliance and a DPA on request are built into the foundation.

We work closely with our first users: fast iterations, direct contact, product decisions based on real conversations rather than guesswork.
